🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchange is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Shoe size issues

  • Our delivery mistakes

  • Delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Customers must provide a short video of the product clearly showing the issue.

  • The video must be sent via WhatsApp: +8801719-557606
    (Please mention your Order ID while sending the video.)

  • If the exchange request is made without any fault from our end, the customer must bear the delivery charge.


Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Products used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery

  • An exchange is not possible due to product unavailability

  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement

Important Notes:

  • Products are not eligible for refund due to change of mind.

  • Relevant product-specific terms and conditions will always be mentioned on the product page.


Valid Reasons to Return a Product

  • Delivered product is physically damaged or defective

  • Delivered product does not match the description on the website

  • Delivered product is incomplete or missing parts

  • Shoe size does not match the ordered size


Reasons Not Considered Valid

  • You no longer need the product

  • You changed your mind after placing the order


📦 Terms & Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and freebies must be included

  • The product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging


Refund Processing Time

  • Returned products will be received within 2–3 working days after dispatch by the customer

  • Quality check will take 1–2 working days

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • In rare cases, refund processing may take longer due to courier or unavoidable delays
