Order Policy
Once an order is placed, our team will confirm it within one working day via phone call.
If we are unable to reach you, the order will remain on hold for a maximum of 3 days. If contact is not established within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
After order confirmation, the order cannot be canceled.
In case of a change of mind, customers may return the product at the time of delivery by paying the delivery charge.
Ever On BD reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability. Customers will be notified via phone call.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
In case of a pricing error or system malfunction, Ever On BD reserves the right to cancel or modify the order at any time.
Prices mentioned on the invoice after order placement are considered final.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: BDT 60
Outside Dhaka: BDT 100
Inside Dhaka
Customers must inspect the product (color, size, quality, quantity) in front of the delivery agent.
No complaints will be accepted after delivery is completed.
Exchange requests are allowed if the product is unused, with applicable delivery charges.
Delivery time: 1–3 working days.
Return or exchange will follow our replacement policy.
Outside Dhaka
Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Delivery time: 2–5 working days.
Return or exchange will follow our Exchange & Refund Policy.
Ever On BD reserves the right to modify delivery policies at any time.
Shipping Policy
We provide home delivery services across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. We work with reliable courier partners and take necessary action in case of damaged or lost shipments.
Quality & Color Inconsistency
We strive to deliver the best quality leather products at reasonable prices. However:
Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
For genuine leather goods (excluding shoes and artificial leather items), we offer a 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Shoe Size Policy
Customers are advised to follow the provided size chart carefully.
Exchanges are available for size issues, with delivery charges borne by the customer.
If an incorrect product is delivered, Ever On BD will bear the return delivery cost.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
